Our commercial landscape designs include designing outdoor spaces for Condominiums, Patio Homes, Townhouses, Commercial and Industrial buildings including Greenroofs.
For our commercial landscape clients, the landscaping design process starts with an initial free on site, or by phone if preferred, meeting, to discuss the needs of the landscape project. We provide a firm quote listing exactly what services will be provided by Mystic Woods Landscape Design.
When we have the go-ahead to proceed we will require a detailed site plan in .dwg format from the Project Architect or Engineer showing the property lines, building dimensions, parking, and walkways etc.
Extensive planting plans with plant schedule showing botanical and common names, quantity, and size of plants to be used. Planting details showing how to plant trees and shrubs will be provided on either the planting plan or the construction plan.
Extensive and/or Intensive Greenroof plans may be provided for LEED projects.
Construction plans are provided giving detailed measurements on all features, and area measurements of each feature so accurate calculations can be made for material lists.
At Mystic Woods Landscape Design it is important to us that you are able to visualize the plans clearly. In order to facilitate visualization we provide a Master Landscaping Plan without all the plant and dimension labels adding confusion to the drawing.
Colored renderings may be provided of the master plan if requested, and a quote will be provided. Full colour 3D Sketch Up modeling can also be provided to help convey the design to the City's planning department.
Landscape construction cost estimates will be provided for bonding purposes for cities that require this.
Landscape specifications will be provided in a word document format.
Inspections will be provided as called for, and reports made to the city for bonding refunds.
We are fully insured for errors and omissions.
We work directly with landscape architects for those larger projects that require an LA stamp.
